How long will it take to deliver the rug?
Generally, all rugs are made-to-order and few are tufted & available in stock. Even in made-to-order cases, we start making your rug the next day of receiving your order and should reach you within 5-6 working days
What happens if I don't like the rug?
In case a wrong design has been tufted on your rug or there is a manufacturing defect, we do not take returns
What if I need a small change (like a color change) in the current design that I have ordered?
We do take minor customizations request, however, do drop an email or update the team for the same and it will be take care of.
